We aim to show all confirmed fees and amounts as accurately and fully as possible. For rental properties, prorated rent and management fees may vary depending on the move-in date; the guarantee company, plan and fees may also vary with the applicant’s circumstances and screening outcome. We explain known fees and estimates before an application and confirm final charges once the move-in date and screening outcome are known. Costs and terms for sales should also be verified separately.
